A Collaborative Space for Growth

Individual therapy offers a consistent space to explore emotions, patterns and experiences impacting your life, relationships or recovery.

May Include:

  • Processing current stressors

  • Exploring repeated patterns and beliefs

  • Building emotional regulation

  • Supporting addiction recovery

  • Strengthening self-trust and self-compassion

Individual Therapy

Reprocessing Trauma at the Nervous System Level

EMDR is an evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer feel as emotionally overwhelming.

Helpful When:

  • Past experiences feel “stuck”

  • Emotional reactions feel automatic or intense

  • You understand things logically but still feel overwhelmed

EMDR Therapy

Focused EMDR Therapy for Deeper Healing

For some people, weekly therapy is enough. For others, a focused, immersive approach can be especially helpful.

Best For:

  • Stuck trauma

  • Overwhelming symptoms

  • Life transitions

  • When progress feels slow

  • When space is available for deeper focus

What Intensives Can Look Like:

  • Single-day intensives

  • Multi-day intensives

  • Targeted EMDR processing

  • Built-in grounding and integration

Therapy Intensives

Short-Term Support When You Need It

These sessions focus on regulation, support and stabilization rather than deep processing.

Helpful For:

  • High-stress periods

  • Recovery maintenance

  • Grounding and coping support
